Service Description
Crafting for Wellbeing is a series of creative wellbeing programme supporting the community with specific focuses in relation to mental health and wellbeing. This course will focus onSlow Stitching for Wellbeing and will take place over 5 bi-weekly sessions at Coalville C.A.N on: 9th July 23rd July 6th August 20th August 3rd September 10:00am-1pm Sessions are led by a qualified counsellor and artists offering the space and time to explore and develop creativity with the aim to increasing wellbeing. No previous art/ creative skills are needed. All materials and refreshments are provided throughout sessions.
