
CraftNN for Wellbeing
Is a new series of creative wellbeing programmes from The Curator-Educator supporting the community with specific focuses in relation to their mental health and wellbeing.
Each programme will have a theme specific focus aimed to support the community. These include:
• CRAFTNN FOR ANXIETY
•CRAFTNN FOR MINDFULNESS
• CRAFTNN FOR GRIEF
• CRAFTNN FOR HAPPINESS
Each programme is 6 weeks in length, taking place on a weekly basis in a small group (maximum of 6 people per programme),to help people to understand their mental health and wellbeing, by providing a proactive and creative approach to express themselves and manage their mental health and wellbeing.
The programmes will start on the following dates and run for 6 weeks on Tuesdays :
•CraftNN for Mindfulness - 6th September to 11th October - At The Yard
•CraftNN for Anxiety - 18th October to 22nd November - Online
•CraftNN for Grief - 10th January -14th February - At The Yard
•CraftNN for Happiness - 31st January - 7th March - Online
Every programme is free to attend! Please note that CraftNN for Wellbeing are 6 week programmes and we encourage participants to attend every session. All materials will be provided. It is not a drop-in workshop- a referall is required to secure your place.
If you would like to access one of our creative wellbeing programmes you can be referred by a professional (GP, Education Provider, Work place, Social Prescribers etc) or make a self referral.
